During an upgrade of equipment with our web host provider, the vendor encountered a number of technical problems related to a software update from Microsoft which has caused this outage. This equipment upgrade, when complete, will migrate Viridian to an improved environment which will result in a more scalable platform and increased reliability.
We are in constant contact with our vendor, and our internal team has been working around the clock to correct this issue. At this time, we do not have a reliable estimate of when the site will be back up at full capacity. In the meantime, please be advised the Operations and Customer Care team is unable to assist with any Customer enrollment or Associate issues, as we are experiencing the same outage internally. We appreciate your patience while we work on completing this upgrade with our servers.
